In the case of paid subscriptions, payment details will be requested. Accurate and up-to-date information is imperative.

It is the responsibility of the user to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. In the event of unauthorized use, the user is required to notify the relevant authorities immediately. It is imperative to note that the utilization of our services is undertaken at one’s own discretion. 6. Subscriptions

We offer both free and paid versions of our Services.

6.1 Duration and Pricing

Information regarding current subscription plans and pricing can be found on the Apps and on our website. Pricing adjustments by VPNLY will be implemented with prior notification to customers.

6.2 Free Trials

We may occasionally offer free trials of premium features. Terms of the free trial are provided separately. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged for the next period.

6.3 Auto-Renewal

By default, subscriptions are subject to automatic renewal, provided that the payment method in use has been confirmed as active. Auto-renewal can be disabled within the account settings.

6.4 Payments and Refunds

All payments are handled by third-party providers. Purchases made on our website are covered by a money-back guarantee:

Renewals are not eligible for a refund. For purchases made via app stores (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play), refunds are subject to the respective store’s policies

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services for:

It is important to note that the utilization of VPNLY is undertaken at the user’s own discretion and risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

VPNLY, its employees, and its business partners are not responsible for any damages, whether direct or indirect, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or lost profits, that may result from the use of the Services. The maximum liability of the aforementioned parties is limited to the amount that was paid for the Services.

10. Indemnification

By accepting these Terms, you consent to indemnify and hold VPNLY harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

11. Arbitration

The governance of these Terms is subject to the legal framework of Switzerland. In the event of any disputes, the matter shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration of the Swiss Arbitration Centre. The proceedings will be conducted in English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding upon the parties.
